Plot:

Vinu Ramachandran, a young executive in Dubai, is engaged to Anjali and becomes close friends with her brother Anandan, a plant manager in Jamshedpur. Despite five years passing since his breakup with Parvathy, Vinu struggles to move on. Anandan helps Vinu overcome his feelings of betrayal, though Anandan himself is temporarily separated from his wife Parvathy due to an unknown love letter. Vinu, now seeing Anandan as a brother, aims to reunite him with Parvathy.

Their friendship faces a shocking twist when Vinu and Anandan meet and discover that both are referring to the same Parvathy. This revelation strains their relationship. Anandan, short-tempered, seeks to halt the wedding, and Vinu initially agrees, enlisting his friends and colleague Kunjunni’s help. However, Kunjunni withdraws due to his friendship with Anandan.

After discussing with Anjali, Vinu decides their happiness is paramount and proceeds with the wedding plans. Kunjunni, feeling betrayed, attempts to ruin the wedding but is stopped by Vinu, who then joins Anandan in his efforts to stop the wedding. A conflict ensues, with Vinu and his friends, along with his younger brother, opposing Anandan and his uncles. The story highlights themes of love, loyalty, and reconciliation as both sides strive to achieve their desired outcomes.

Production

Screenwriter Deepu Pradeep narrated this story to Prithviraj Sukumaran several years ago, with Prithviraj originally set to play the role of Vinu. Initially, a different director was attached to the project before Vipin Das ultimately took over.
