Plot

The story begins in the bustling town of Vellore, where Rathnam, a fierce and loyal henchman, works for MLA Panneer Selvam. Rathnam is known for his unwavering dedication and ruthless efficiency in dealing with the local land mafia and other threats to Selvam’s power. Despite his tough exterior, Rathnam harbors a deep wound from the past – the tragic loss of his mother, Loganayagi, which still haunts him.

Enter Malliga, a determined and compassionate medical student who arrives in Vellore to complete her studies. Unbeknownst to her, she bears an uncanny resemblance to Rathnam’s late mother. This resemblance catches Rathnam’s eye and stirs long-buried emotions within him.

The film stars Vishal along with Priya Bhavani Shankar, Samuthirakani, Gautam Vasudev Menon, Yogi Babu, Murali Sharma, Harish Peradi, Mohan Raman and Vijaykumar in lead roles. This is Vishal and Hari’s third collaboration after Thamirabharani and Poojai.

the Rayudu brothers are defeated, peace is restored to Vellore. Rathnam’s relationship with Malliga evolves from protector and protection to mutual respect and deep friendship. Rathnam finds a sense of closure regarding his mother’s death and begins to heal from his past wounds. Malliga continues her medical studies, inspired by Rathnam’s courage and determination.

Rathnam decides to step away from his life as a henchman, choosing a path of redemption and seeking to make a positive impact on his community. The film ends with Rathnam and Malliga looking towards a hopeful future, symbolizing new beginnings and the triumph of good over evil.
