Skanda is a 2023 Indian Telugu-language action/Romance film directed by Boyapati Srinu. The movie stars Ram Pothineni in the lead role, with Sreeleela and Saiee Manjrekar as the female leads.

Plot:

Rayudu, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, arranges his daughter’s marriage to Chinnappa. During the wedding, Ranjith Reddy’s son, from Telangana, arrives and elopes with Rayudu’s daughter, sparking a feud between Rayudu and Ranjith Reddy.

In parallel, college student Bhaskar Raju kidnaps both Rayudu’s daughter and his classmate Leela, who is Ranjith Reddy’s daughter, and takes them to his hometown, Rudrarajupuram. The kidnappings are tied to Rudrakanti Ramakrishna Raju, the CEO of Crown Group, who is on death row due to false imprisonment orchestrated by Rayudu and Ranjith Reddy. This was because he refused to launder their illegal money. Ramakrishna Raju is also the best friend of Bhaskar Raju’s father, Manikanta Raju. Bhaskar Raju aims to prove Ramakrishna Raju’s innocence, as Ramakrishna Raju took the blame for protecting his daughter, Rudraganti Parineeta, who was held hostage by Rayudu and Ranjith’s men.
