“The Goat Life” (originally titled “Aadujeevitham” in Malayalam) is a 2024 Malayalam-language survival drama film directed, written, and co-produced by Blessy. The movie is based on the 2008 novel of the same name by Benyamin, which is inspired by real-life events.
Plot
Najeeb’s Journey: Najeeb is an ambitious young man from Kerala who dreams of better prospects in the Middle East. He migrates to Saudi Arabia with hopes of earning a good living. However, his dreams are shattered when he is duped by his employer and forced to work as a goatherd in the remote and harsh deserts of Saudi Arabia.
